AYH Yoga Studies Path 200
A Training Designed for the Seekers, the Feelers, the Teachers, and the Rememberers

Welcome to Abilene Yoga House Yoga Teacher Training. We are honored to share this journey with you as you take the next step in deepening your yoga practice. Our 200-Hour Teacher Training program is designed to expand your knowledge, strengthen your confidence, and guide you in discovering your authentic voice while uplifting you spiritually.

At Abilene Yoga House, yoga is far more than postures. Throughout this training, you will explore its many layers and be inspired by the depth and wisdom of this ancient practice. AYH’s Yoga Studies Path 200 is an immersive journey into both the art and the science of yoga. This program is not about memorizing someone else’s script. It is about understanding your own body, learning functional alignment, exploring philosophy, and developing the clarity and confidence to lead others with integrity.

We study yoga from the inside out—through anatomy, physiology, subtle body layers, posture labs, breathwork, meditation, history, lineage, and lived experience. You will learn how to guide safely, how to read the body in front of you, and how to create classes that are supportive, intelligent, and honest.

This program meets you where you are, whether you feel called to teach or simply want to deepen your relationship with yourself. We cultivate readiness: the steadiness, curiosity, and skill that allow you to step into any space—on the mat or in life—with presence.

Expect to grow.
Expect to unlearn.
Expect to meet parts of yourself you may have forgotten to listen to.
