Sound Bath w/Camie
A meditative experience where participants are immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations produced by instruments like singing bowls, gongs & chimes. The goal is to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and support emotional and physical healing through the therapeutic power of sound.
1st Sunday, 4pm
Flow
Sweet, strong, and oh-so-satisfying—Flow is a full mind-body-spirit experience designed to energize, build strength, and restore. Move through a dynamic sequence of guided vinyasa flows, finding your rhythm and pace as you rise toward a peak pose. The journey concludes with grounding yin postures for deep release, rest, and renewal.
2nd Sunday, 4pm
Nidra
This class weaves together guided meditation and Yoga Nidra to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and quiet awareness.Guided meditation offers moments of focused attention and reflection, while Yoga Nidra allows the body to fully relax as awareness is softly maintained
3rd Sunday, 4pm
Vin/Yin
Vin/Yin blends mindful flow with longer-held, floor-based postures. The class begins with gentle, steady movement to build warmth and breath awareness, then transitions into yin poses to encourage deep release and nervous system calm. A balanced practice supporting both mobility and relaxation.
